These Terms govern your use of the XRP Maxi app ("the app"), published by Diamond Internet (Chris Cox) ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. What XRP Maxi is

XRP Maxi is an independent information and entertainment application for people interested in the XRP Ledger. It shows your XRP balance and rank from a public address or a manual figure, market data, news, community "pulse" signals, and hypothetical scenario tools. It is read-only. It cannot move, send, trade, or take custody of any cryptocurrency, and it never asks for a seed phrase or private key.

2. Not financial advice

XRP Maxi does not provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Nothing in the app is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Rankings, percentiles, "Maxi Lab" scenarios, milestones and any figures are for information and entertainment only, are not predictions or guarantees, and must not be relied upon for financial decisions. Cryptocurrency is volatile and you may lose money. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Always do your own research and consider professional advice.

3. Accuracy and availability

Data is obtained from third-party sources and public infrastructure that may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. Account rankings are derived from a data snapshot and are approximate; corridor visualisations are illustrative and not a map of real geolocated payments. We do not warrant that any information is accurate, complete or current, and the app may be unavailable at times.

4. Independence

XRP Maxi is not affiliated with or endorsed by Ripple, the XRP Ledger Foundation, any exchange, or any other entity. Product names and marks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

5. Price

XRP Maxi is free to download and use. There are no subscriptions and no in-app purchases. If this ever changes, any paid features and their terms will be shown clearly in the app and on the App Store before you buy, and we do not process payments — Apple does.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to reverse-engineer it except as permitted by law, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

The app and its content (excluding third-party data and marks) are owned by us and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's standard End User License Agreement.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for any loss of profits, data, or cryptocurrency, arising from your use of or inability to use the app or reliance on any information in it.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms and the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
